Issues with Landscaping?

At the Annual HOA meeting, held Sept. 27, 2007, attendees expressed
concern over the job that the landscaping company is doing. Among
these concerns were:
* they are being careless with weed whackers at the bases of
fences and light posts, resulting in chipped paint.
* Perhaps their time could be better spent doing something
else other than cutting the grass when the grass is not needing cut
(during massively dry spells)
* the company can be unreliable with weeding, especially in
the more remote common areas

If you have any other thoughts or concerns about the job the
landscaping company is doing, please post them here so that we can
pass them along.

We are currently getting bids on other landscaping companies and have
been taking photographic evidence of things that are currently not
being done properly. If you can think of any aggregiously bad areas,
let us know so we can make sure to cover them. Thanks!
