சீனிவாச ராமானுஜன் π கணிக்க ஒரு கணிச்சூத்திரம் தந்தார். எப்படி அதை எழுதினீர்கள் என்றதற்கு, நாமகிரித் தாயார் கனவில் தந்தாள் எனக் குறிப்பிட்டார். ரிச்சர்ட் ஃபெய்ன்மன் அந்த விளக்கத்தை ஆராய்ந்து சொல்லியுள்ளார்.

பின்பு, சுட்நாவ்ஸ்கி சகோதரர்கள் இந்த சூத்திரத்தை அடுத்த கட்டத்திற்கு எடுத்துச்சென்றனர். கோடிக் கணக்கான இலக்கங்கள் பை-யில் கணிக்க உதவுகிறது.

செய்யறிவு (AI) இன்னொரு ஃபார்முலா தரக்கூடும். இதை இந்தியாவில் உயர்கணித ஆய்வர்கள் செய்யவேண்டும் என்பது என் ஆசை.

Ramanujan > Chudnovsky > AI may give next version, say, to compute Pi to 1000 trillion digits!
Hope India's mathematicians, using AI, do give us that formula.
