Tamil inscription from Sleemanabad,Madhya Pradesh*

This inscription is engraved on a stone,fixed in front of the police station in the village Sleemanabad,Katni district,M.P.

It is written in Tamil language and characters.

Built Inn.It seems to record the erection of the memory stone to the Colonel (name not clear) from D-Company of Madras (Artillery) who was shotdead at Muruvadar during the battle in 6th November of 1857.
