VT Tests

Howdy folks,

I believe this has come up in other threads, and I've been meaning to ask once again... So, there's a whole lot of unit tests that were failing for me recently. I believe some or all of these are expected, or at least known. Personally, I'd love to see a test suite that is expected to fully pass for a VT release. Even if there are place holder tests that are expected or known to fail at this time, maybe we can remove them from the test suite?

It might be nice to separate the ones that are dependent upon Transfer and a data source also.

Sorry, I don't have a firm _suggestion_, per se, but just a desire to know what test suite should fully pass. We could then add to that; create tests to show failures for bug fixes; test again different CFML engines/versions; all that good stuff... I'd even say it would be okay to send a pull request with a failing test case, to highlight a bug, so long as that failure is fixed and passing before the subsequent ValidateThis **release**.

Thoughts? Ideas? Throwing tomatoes at me?
