Adam - I've had a quick look at your plugin and it looks pretty damn
clever!. Only thoughts at the moment are that it'll mean that we
probably can't use a CDN to load it (which is the case with the
jquery.field.min.js anyway), and also you're setting the validator
defaults ($.validator.setDefaults) which may break existing installs.

I just started making some mods to ValidateThis this morning
(detecting javascript libraries and only loading if they don't exist)
after not looking at it for ages. One thing I have noticed, is that
ClientScriptWriter_qForms is referencing some js files that aren't in
the download. Is qForm still supported?
