A CDN for ValidateThis

I read through Marcos' blog post, which John linked to below, and was able to create a Google App Engine-based CDN for VT in a matter of minutes.  I'm not sure if it will meet all of the needs of a CDN for VT, but I think it will suffice.  I'm not sure we need it for anything yet, as the main js files are already on "official" CDNs, and we're now just writing the additional js to the browser, but if we do need it later it's now available.

It's located at http://validatethiscf.appspot.com/. Someone evidently already has the app id of validatethis. :-(
