Dear Homeowners -
I have been in touch with Waste Industries Operations Manager regarding our missed last trash pickup on 6/29. They had a route issue with the fill-in driver for our area. They have assured me that they will work to prevent this from happening again. They will be picking up trash tomorrow, Tuesday 7/3, our regular pickup day. If anyone has additional trash that will not fit in the gray trash container, they can put it in trash bags and place it out next to the gray container and the truck will pick it up.
We will not be charged for a trash collection last week nor will we be charged for any extra trash picked-up tomorrow. I would recommend that you keep any trash bags away from the recycling container to avoid confusing the recycling pick-up crew.

Thank you, John, for your work regarding the trash. BTW, Bill is FINALLY home from the hospital after a harrowing month, but he is quite weak and is receiving therapy. Thanks for your card and prayers. Peggy Groseclose
