Can I upload a file into the Manage Files area?

I want to automate the batch archive process a little bit and was wondering if it is possible to upload a .csv file into a certain folder in the Manage Files area of our Bulk Course Export course shell. I know I can create Modules and Topics through the API, but what if I just want to upload a file and pick what folder to upload it too. Is this possible?

Currently, sorry no, it's not possible to do a simple upload of file content into the course's "Manage Files" area: it must be done through the action of creating course modules or topics.
