Set paging size?

Hello everyone - I'm using valence to gather course offering data. I've got it working but I'm a little less than satisfied with the speed. The call

GET /d2l/api/lp/1.4/orgstructure/?OrgUnitType=3

 returns results in a paged set. This is fine and I totally understand why. My only issue is the paging is set to 20 by default. This can draw the process out. Is there a way to increase the page size?

Unfortunately, the paging size is not configurable on any of the Valence Learning Framework API calls.
