D2Lws to Valence Conversion

I've been tasked with converting an existing D2Lws integration to use Valence. 

What are the equivalent Valence API call(s) for these D2Lws functions:
GetDepartmentByCode
GetSemesterByCode
GetCustomOrgUnitByCode
GetCourseTemplateByCode
GetCourseOfferingByCode
GetSectionByCode

Hi there

Starting in 1.4 version of the LP APIs (available as of LE v10.3), you can filter by Code when retrieving orgunits. That filter should achieve what those D2LWS calls did.
