Dear Val Verde Neighbor,
The annual meeting of the Val Verde Homeowner’s Association will be held on Monday, January 23 at the Portal Elementary Media Center, 9920 Brentwood Dr. During this meeting we will hold the election for a vacancy on the Association Board of Directors. You will find enclosed with this notice a proxy form to use if you are unable to attend. Please give the completed proxy to one of the current board members or return by mail.
If you have anything you would like to discuss at the meeting, you may contact any one of the officers at the numbers or email address provided below. We will also reserve time at the end of the meeting for “Open Discussion” where you may bring up other issues at that time.
