Notice of Meeting & Call For Nominations
Dear Val Verde Neighbor,
The annual election meeting of the Val Verde Homeowner’s Association will be held Monday, 28 January 2013. During this meeting we will hold an election for a member of the Board of Directors for a three year term. If you would like to serve on our Association board please submit your name to one of the board members listed below by 5 January 2012. Service on the board does not require a lot of time and contributes to our community by maintaining the appearance of our neighborhood. Meeting information and proxy ballets will be mailed out in mid January.
If you have anything you would like added to the meeting agenda for discussion at the meeting, you may contact any one of the officers at the numbers or email address provided below. We will also reserve time at the end of the meeting for “Open Discussion” and you may bring up issues at that time.
