The case came on 20/08/2015 without being there on advance list for the week on 18/08/2015

hi members,

I did not share with you earlier that our advocate informed about the case only on the evening of 19th August, 2015 for the case which came up on 20/08/2015. I was really wondering why our advocate misled and gave the information in the last minute since he could have informed much earlier than the previous date though I did not share this earlier on the day he rang up - but, the matter was ringing in my mind.

Today, I happened to meet Ankur in Bengaluru along with our Secretary and asked him why we got last minute information on 19th evening. He shared that the case was not in the advance list for the week published on 18th August, 2015 and as a result he could inform us only on 19/08/2015.

This was again ringing in my mind - how could this happen and I checked the website to make sure I have not been misled!! Now, I am attaching the advance weekly file published on 18/08/2015 in which our case does not find a place!! but, it comes in the daily list which got published on 19/08/2015!!!

Why this hurry!! for the court.. Now, I am further perplexed...

We should be able to use the information :

1. The corrupt judge and wife team.

2. The case not being on the list in advance

And get publicity through social media and press to investigate this.
