Survey No. 77/7 - HIgh court dismisses CP Yogeshwar's writ petition..

Dear members,

If anybody has got the execution of sale deed by Megacity in respect of any site carved out in Survey 77/7 at Sheshagirihalli, they are in trouble since CP Yogeshwar's writ petition has been dismissed by the Honourable High Court of Karnataka since the piece of land  belonged SC/ST sanctioned land!

I have attached the order passed by the HIgh Court.
