Dear Shri Dinesh Chaudhury and other members,

This is just to inform that drafts for the Execution Petitions have been finalised by the Advocates. I understand from Sri Ganesan that final printouts of the Execution Petitions for getting the signature of members would be handed over to him sometime this week. You could expect a call from Sri Ganesan/Sri Nanjundaiah before 10th Sep, 2016.

It has taken time since the advocates have to get the certified copies of the Final Orders from the respective District Forum, State Commission and National Commission. (National Commission - certified copies have not yet been received because of the commission’s inability to trace the copies since they have shifted their office. Our Supreme Court advocate has promised to get the same by this week or get the Certified Copies of the Certified Copies of the National Commission’s orders filed with the Supreme Court - which is quite acceptable to our advocates filing the Execution Petitions before the respective District Forums).
