We are at pain to receive such complements for the voluntary work we have put in for the association work for almost 11 years!!. If anybody else has such compliments to make, I request such person/s to come to the Association’s office, go through all the documents related with calling of Annual General Meetings and then only give such gracious compliments.

Dear Sri Shankar,

Thanks for your email. 

I would like to place on record that it was State Commission’s order in your case in 2006  - “Execute the sale deed for the same site and or any other similar site in the same township” - which prompted our association to take the route of Consumers Forum. 

But, it was very unfortunate that you had no patience to get a clear order from National Commission and get the site registered. Instead, you went ahead with getting the site registered on a compromise basis- I presume even registration charges paid by Megacity! Megacity did this to you to put all our cases in jeopardy! It is relevant to mention that if many of us in the Executive Committee had followed a similar approach, we also would have got our sites registered! without any pain!!

To your question regarding joining the association- you were a member earlier and you could rejoin. This is a voluntary association, if you have time and energy to fight for the case our association can support you. But,we are currently not focused on what needs to be done for those who have registered sites.

You are welcome to join if there is a principle of “service above self” which is required for a voluntary organisation. ( I also would like to place on record, association had supported you with whatever documents available at that time to get your wife’s site registered on a compromise basis. If by any chance, you were able to wait for execution of site based on the National Commission Order, more than 200 people in the association would have got benefited and many of us would not have undergone the pain of fighting to the extent we have fought.

I am very happy with the dedicated effort put by our association to get this justice . I fear individually  my mother could never get this justice . In group there is unity . I feel the association  is working in the most transparent  way it can . Actually  the true fact is we wouldn't   have got even single  penny if this association  had not put its relentless  effort . Today we have recovered  atleast what we have invested .

Actually on the flip side i have a guilt that i have  not worked actively  for this association  activities. 

So Mr Ravi beleyur and Mr Ganesan and whoever else who worked for getting this justice , i am with you for whatever  decisions  you take .
