Annual General Meeting - 18th December, 2011 - Sunday - 10.30 am

Dear members,

Our Annual General Meeting would take place on 18th December, 2011 - Sunday at 10.30 am. I suppose all the members would have received the Notice for the AGM along with the  Annual Report and the Audited Financial Statements.

I request all the members who live in Bangalore and nearby places to attend this meeting.

I also request all the members who have not yet paid the annual subscription for the financial year 2010-11 to pay the same when you attend the meeting. I understand that there are more than 40 members who have not paid the annual subscription for the year 2010-11 when the deadline for paying the annual membership fees for the year 2011-12 itself is 31st December, 2011!! I hope members who have not paid the annual subscription would respond and pay the same.

I look forward to meet many of you on that day.

Dear Mr. Beleyur,   We have also been affected by this Megacity management. I went on the listserv and signed up, but it is hard for us to be more involved, and hard to stay informed since we live in the US. Is there a website/facebookpage, or some other way that we can stay informed of the latest developments in this matter?   Please do let me know, I will be very grateful.   Also, how much is the annual subscription amount? I suppose my wife Latha would have sent a response to your e-mail. I just intend to impress you that we do not have a facility of  a 'Class Action Suit' like in US which would have facilitated all the affected members to get the remedy even if one person files the case for the entire affected group, though the new Companies Act intends to incorporate the 'Class Action suit' - which may help the shareholders to get the remedy.
