Request for Executive Committee Members and advisors..

Dear Executive Committee Members and advisors to the committee,

We have called for an Executive Committee Meeting tomorrow (Sunday - 4th September, 2011) at 4 pm to discuss some important issues including conducting of Annual General Meeting. Sri Ganesan and Sri Nanjundaiah would have already spoken to the concerned members already for attending the meeting. I am sending this e-mail requesting the concerned members to attend the meeting since we may have to pass certain important resolutions.

I also thought it fit send this e-mails so that Executive Committee Members and advisors would take note of this again and attend tomorrow's meeting without fail.

This is addressed only for the Executive Committee Members and advisors and not for all members in this group.

Dear Mr.RAVI,

Thanks for sending a mail for Executive Commitee Meeting scheduled on 04-09-2011.I have full faith in your leadership and the necessary legal actions being undertaken by you and your team members to a logical end in tthe matter.I have seen the letter sent by you to the Governor of Karnataka at the most appropriate time.I am sure it would certainly have its impact on the issue of concern every one of us.

I am sorry I would not be able to personally participate in this meeting scheduled on 04-09-2011 due to my activity of BITS-PILANI of distance learning programme  examination being conducted at DPS,Kanakapura Road on 04-09-2011,however I would be a part of the decision taken by the committee regarding the important issues.Thanks a lot once again.
