Action to be taken further in respect of +/- 150 cases

Dear members,

Our Executive Committee met on 7th February, 2016. It was decided that all concerned members for whom there are court orders, need to send letters to Megacity company pressing for payment of interest, compensation along with the amount paid before 31st March, 2016 and it was also agreed that our association shall arrange to send the letters to all members regarding this. This decision was taken since there has been no progress with regard to the amicable settlement of the payments without having to go for execution petition.

I am attaching sample letters which would be sent from our association, which members need to recheck and send to Megacity once they are satisfied about the calculation and the content. All these letters would be sent to all members over a period of next one week or so. Once, you receive the letters  you could go through and contact our association if you have any doubts.

In the meanwhile, we would be trying to see whether the payment from Megacity company could happen in an amicable manner.

I understand that We will be waiting for your letter showing the calclations and amount we are due from Megacity as per National Commission along with annexures 1,2 and 3
Please let us know whether we have to send annexure 4 along this letter to megacity now itself or later when we get a reply from megacity that they are agreeing to our calculations and demand

With reference to the letter to be sent to the members  from the Association,can I request that my letter be sent to my Bangalore address as I am stationed there for now due to my mother's ill health.

So far no mail has been received at my Mysore address.I had come here today(just for the day) and I checked the mail box.I return back to Bangalore and shall be there.

Sorry to know about your mother's health, Sri Venkatesh Rao. I pray and wish she recovers well. We are sending batch by batch. There are about 150 cases. We have despatched to about 80 people by yesterday evening, We intend to send all before next week-end. Noted your request. We shall take care(if it is already sent to a different address, we shall resend; otherwise, we shall send to the address mentioned).

PS: My understanding is that we have not yet sent since your name is in the 8th batch.(we have sent only upto 3 batches as of now)

If you are a member of our association - being part of cases connected with Supreme Court, you would receive a letter or you would have received a letter. If you are not, you would not receive any letter from our assciation.

I am not sure whether you are a member of our association itself. If you are a member, please contact Mr. Ganesan.
