Letter to be sent to Megacity

Dear Sri Beleyur,

We have received the letter alongwith Annexures to be sent to Megacity on saturday, the 27th Feb.,2016. I have the following two observations:

1. There is a statement which is reproduced below

      " In case you make the payment before 29th Feb.............."

Since we are sending the letter after 29th Feb., we need to modify it suitably. Since there would be quiet a few more such cases. Therefore I would request you to suggest modified sentence.

2.  In the interest table, there is a mistake in the entry for S. no. 40. The correct entry should be 07 October 1998 instead of 09 October 1998.

This will make a negligible difference in the total amount. Does it need to be corrected or left as it is. Hope Mega-city does not make an issue of it as this mistake is in their favour only.

In case you recommend correction, will it be possible to do at your end and send a soft copy of the same by email.
