vagrant plugin install omnibus fails

I got a new PC with Windows 10 and installed vagrant 2.2.4

We use the omnibus plugin in our vagrant boxes/files so I tried to install the vagrant plugin omnibus.

Here I get following error message:

Installing the 'omnibus' plugin. This can take a few minutes...

Bundler, the underlying system Vagrant uses to install plugins,
reported an error. The error is shown below. These errors are usually
caused by misconfigured plugin installations or transient network
issues. The error from Bundler is:

mixlib-cli requires Ruby version >= 2.5.

How can I fix this issue?

hello

you need to use the vagrant plugin names.

$ vagrant plugin install vagrant-omnibus
