Have you installed Vagrant? e.g. apt install vagrant
What is the output of which vagrant?
Is Vagrant in your path? What is the output of echo $path | grep vagrant
You say bash, however, the path in your image looks like a windows path.

I did not run the apt install get vagrant command since the vagrantfile has been extracted and saved to a directory folder on the C/ path. I stand to be corrected, I still cannot bring up the VM using the vagrantfile the instructor shared for us to use.

Thank you as I await your informative response.

You will need to install Vagrant before you can run the Vagrant file. https://developer.hashicorp.com/vagrant/docs/installation
