Download redirected

I'm having trouble getting this box to load.  https://app.vagrantup.com/opennms/boxes/vagrant-opennms-ubuntu-stable

Is there something I need to be doing differently?  I feel like the site I'm being redirected to does not have that file anymore or has moved the location of it.

Box is externally hosted, so is not hosted in vagrant cloud

virtualbox Externally hosted (mirror.opennms.eu)
