Re-use vagrant VM

I have have a vagrantFile in my external drive.

problem is when i switch workstation. when i do vagrant up it will always say the that the vm name already exist.

how do you tell vagrant to use the current vm on the computer, rather than creating a new one?

you want something like a vm portable in the dir with the box?

as in use the same vm here and there and back here ?
