I'm using laravel homestead on windows with hyper-v
Whenever I use 'vagrant up' or 'vagrant reload --provision' at the end of the process it says: 

No valid IDs were given to the NFS synced folder implementation to
prune. This is an internal bug with Vagrant and an issue should be
filed.

and it doesn't sync the folders between windows and ubuntu

Any Idea?

can you try to reproduce with a different box?

if you are able to reproduce, please open a issue on github with the steps
