Error when running Vagrant up "There was an error while executing `VBoxManage`, a CLI used by Vagrant"

I am very new to Vagrant and Virtual Machines. I have created my account on Vagrantuo.com and after that I ran the commands:

vagrant box add <box>

vagrant init <box>

vagrant up

when it reaches 90% it throwss this error:

There was an error while executing `VBoxManage`, a CLI used by Vagrant

 

for controlling VirtualBox. The command and stderr is shown below.

does anyone know what it can be? I already reinstalled virtual box and vagrant and nothing seem to work.

Can you create VMs in Virtualbox?

It seems have an error to create the box on that directory

What user are you using?
