osx host cannot communicate with vagrant VMs

I setup 3 vms with vagrant. they are up and running on vbox and I can do vagrant ssh to them

but from my osx host, I am not able to ping them or communicate with them

the Vm itself i see has 1 NAT interface and 1 host only interface

ifconfig on th VM shows

ay idea why?

Can you ssh into the VM using the host-only address (ssh vag...@192.168.60.4)?
