Hi everyone,

We are pleased to announce the release of Vagrant 2.2.8. This release includes a number of improvements as well bug fixes. It also includes VirtualBox provider support for the experimental disks feature.

Some notable updates in this release include:

* Update to Ruby 2.6

* Multiple fixes and updates for the winssh communicator

* Inclusion of a new podman provisioner

* Caching of plugin setup for faster startup times
