Is it possible to use shell provisioner on few nodes and get back to execute more things on 1st after

Use case:

I want to spin up kubertnes on 4 nodes.

I want to create everything with a shell provisioner (this is ok).

Now I need after some time of last node completion to go back to node 1 and issue more commands, is that possible in anyway?
