vagrant reload doesn't act intuitively with vagrant-triggers

I'm surprised to find that a `vagrant reload` doesn't seem to activate `vagrant halt` and `vagrant up` triggers. There doesn't seem to be a way to act on `vagrant reload`. Am I missing something?
