Is this normal?

There was an error while executing `VBoxManage`, a CLI used by Vagrant

for controlling VirtualBox. The command and stderr is shown below.

Command: ["controlvm", "98065157-b2a9-4cb8-a06d-15c1169a08c6", "resume"]

Stderr: VBoxManage: error: VM is paused due to host power management

VBoxManage: error: Details: code VBOX_E_INVALID_VM_STATE (0x80bb0002), component ConsoleWrap, interface IConsole, callee nsISupports

VBoxManage: error: Context: "Resume()" at line 123 of file VBoxManageControlVM.cpp

Looks like this might be related to an issue with VirtualBox VMs not being able to resume after the host system has been put to sleep:

OMG.  I have been seeing this a lot on Vagrant 1.9.1 and Virtualbox 5.1.12 on Mac OS X 10.12.3.  I am glad that I am not alone.

I would contribute to the bug, but Oracle's login system is broken, tries some SSO and redirects w/ access token to https://www.virtualbox.org/login, then just bombs.
