Error message with Ubuntu 22.04 / Virtualbox 7 / Vagrant 2.3.7

Hello,

I am not able to use vagrant since I changed my PC and it is very painful.

I create a new topic here but I didn't receive any answer yet so I test to post it here also.

I am not able find if it is a bug or a wrong configuration or an configuration issue with my machine.
