where is "vagrant -l -c" documentation?

Hi,

I am using "vagrant -l -c" for executing commands in a box, however today somebody asked me where these command switches are actually documented - I was not able to point to the docs for these options, the official documentation on the vagrantup.com site do not seem to mention these options and vagrant -h also does not tell clearly anythingf about "vagrant -l -c".

So where is the documentation for "vagrant -l -c" - and is there some more things one should know? Any other magical commands?
I browsed the source but it was kind of getting too time consuming searching for that thing, so I am asking here,
