to Vagrant
Ubuntu 18.04 box.
Vagrant 2.2.3
Virtualbox: 6.0.2
Virtualbox Extension Pack 6.0.2

Output during vagrant up

default: Checking for guest additions in VM...
default: The guest additions on this VM do not match the installed version of
default: VirtualBox! In most cases this is fine, but in rare cases it can
default: prevent things such as shared folders from working properly. If you see
default: shared folder errors, please make sure the guest additions within the
default: virtual machine match the version of VirtualBox you have installed on
default: your host and reload your VM.
    default:
    default: Guest Additions Version: 5.2.22
    default: VirtualBox Version: 6.0

I installed the vbguest plugin and running the --status check I get:

[default] GuestAdditions 6.0.2 running --- OK.

Which is a contradiction of the previous.

I'm wondering is the status output is the truth but the vagrant up output is a timing issue in the boot process whereby the status of the guest additions is read before its true status is known.
