assumes that this means the command failed. The output for this command

should be in the log above. Please read the output to determine what

went wrong.

On my local machine is Windows 10

i think the playbook  ( not sure if puppet or ansible there) is failing.

I suggest:

- vagrant destroy

- vagrant up --no-provision

that should work.

then vagrant provision

will fail per log.

that will help to visualize is not a vagrant issue but a provisioning issue.

you can work on the error and install the dependencies needed
