Dear Dr. Kim,

Hello, our names are Erica Koh and Katie Choi and we are currently 2nd year students at the USC School of Pharmacy. We are KAPSA's Co-Directors of Professional Projects for 2015-2016. We would like to thank you for your service in our successful health fair last year, and we would like to invite you, again, to be a preceptor for the 2015 KAPSA Fall health fair. We are expecting about 400 participants to attend this event and it would be really great if you can join us in serving and providing health care to the Korean American community. Currently we are looking for preceptors for the screening booths.

Here are more details about this health fair:

Date: Saturday, October 24th, 2015

Location: Berendo Street Baptist Church 

               (975 South Berendo Street, Los Angeles, CA 90006)

Time: 8AM-2PM

Booths most likely to be present: hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, body fat analysis, immunizations.

Please let us know if you are interested in volunteering at the KAPSA's Fall health fair and if you have any specific screening booth you would like to precept. Please save the date and we will keep you updated with more details in the future. We look forward to working with you!!
