Hi Everyone, 

I am the assistant coach for the team Absolute Zero 12096 from Northern Virginia (Sterling, VA). We are very new to the block. We did put together a robot at the last minute (in a month) with 3-4 members and competed at Orange VA. The team members had lots of fun. Special thanks to Maureen for making the process easy for us, this last season. Also a special thanks to Willam Gardner of Nerd heads to assist us before and at the completion day. His kids provided some tremendous help.

We did 3 years of FLL and trying out FTC. Looking forward to meet the teams here and learn from the experts here!!

We are team Legobots from Chantilly, Virginia. After 4 wonderful years of FLL we are crossing over to FTC this year. Our team is very much excited and we are doing a lot of outreach in our community.

We along with AbsoluteZero team are hosting a networking event for FLL and FTC at NySmith on June 10. We will be educating prospective teams to crossover to FTC and develop new teams for this year.

Hello all!

I am one of the coaches for team 7090 FAR First Appalachian Robotics in Bristol Virginia. We are a community based team and since Bristol is half in Virginia and half in Tennessee, we serve the surrounding communities in both states.

This is the team's fifth season in FTC and my first season as a coach. Our founding coaches, the Wakleys, stepped down at the end of last season after helping get us all the way to state. Our team now consists of four members, two coaches, and two mentors, plus we get a lot of support from our parents. We are actively seeking new members and trying to focus our outreach on educating teens about STEM and FIRST. We are hoping to be mentoring an FLL team this season also. 

It's great to meet all of you and we look forward to seeing you at the events this year.

Hello everyone! 

I'm a bit late to this, but I think it's okay. My name is Jessica, and I'm a part of team 9202, Her Majesty's Engineers, from Charlottesville, Virginia. We are a part of three teams that make up the robotics club at our school. Our team was formed before the season of Cascade Effect, so three years in the making! We are hosting a summer camp at Western Albemarle High School the week of June 19th if you or anybody you know is interested. You can contact me for additional information. And, yeah.
