So I took my NCLEX on Friday and tried to log in today to check the results. When I hit the create new account button, I filled in all of my information. However, it said account already exists! How the heck do I figure out what my user name is? I have tried countless things I might have put but honestly I don't ever recall knowing i had a pearsonvue account. I registered via the mail and set my appt up over the phone and have never used the website till now!
The number that I found on the pearsonvue website is not a 900 number but is a 1-866 number (please see link below). Will that work on your phone? You can also contact them via email, but that takes 3-4 business days. You could try to look in your email inbox for emails from pearsonvue that would have your username in them. Hope this helps! Good luck!
Yeah if you see my previous message, pearsonvue said they mailed me something and then were going to email me it instead... ultimately I never received either. I guess I'm just glad I got to test... and I'll be super glad when I can figure out how i did!
I made my username and password myself when I registered for that site to make my NCLEX testing appointment. You had to have created an account at some point and then gotten an email from them confirming your account details. Maybe go into your email and go to search and type in pearsonvue to see if you have any emails from pearsonvue. I use yahoo and I can search easily that way, i don't know if other email programs allow you to do that. But then also you may have deleted the email.
Have you tried the 900 #? It wouldn't work for me on either my cell phone or house phone but it may work for you. It is 1-900-776-2539. Its supposed to be a 24/7 number. And also try going to your state license website and type in your first and last name and see if it comes up you have a license.
I've had problems with my temp permit as well from the get-go... and now I never received a confirmation of my testing appointment via snail mail or from email when the guy told me he was sending it within mins... and yes name, ssn, addy, and email were ALL verified!
Something is mixed up... I guess I'll have to see if they'll let me leave on lunch tomorrow to step out and make the phone call... cuz I think that's my only hope! But isn't it gonna be a bummer going back to the rest of the day of work if I failed... ahh!
My username is the one that i use for everything, but I can't remember if I picked it out originally, or if they gave me one and I changed it to something I could remember! Try your first and last name together in all lower case letters, or try any username that you could think of that you would use! Hope you figure it out! It must be so frustrating not knowing!!!!
I know for most of my friends who have passed that the state license website will normally show within 2-3 days that you have passed. Some people just see it on the state license website that they passed after 48 hours. I guess it just depends if you're lucky or not!
If your school or college has registered you, then you'll need to validate your account to use ResultsPlus Direct. Once you've validated your account, we'll send you a username and password so you can log in.
Click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link on the login screen below the 'Change password' button. Type the email address you registered with into the 'username' field in the pop-up window that appears. A new password will be emailed to you.
Access to ResultPlus Direct is prohibited on results day before 9 a.m. From 9 a.m. you should be able to access your account provided you are using a valid username and login. Please refer to our FAQs page if you have any queries about your account.
Each student account is associated with one centre (school/college). If you have taken exams at more than one centre, you will only be able to view the results of Edexcel exams taken at the centre(s) that registered you for access to ResultsPlus Direct.
However, if each of your centres have registered you for access to ResultsPlus Direct using different UCIs, you will have an account for each UCI and will need to log in to both accounts in order to access all of your Edexcel results.
Each student account is associated with one UCI. If your centre (school/college) has entered you for exams using multiple UCIs, you will only be able to view the results associated with the UCI that was used to create your ResultsPlus Direct account. This may be the case if you've moved to a different centre. Your new centre may have used your previous centre's UCI for one exam series, but has issued you with a second UCI for the another exam series.
Occasionally a student will sit an exam without having been entered for it. Neither Edexcel nor ResultsPlus Direct will have any record of the exam entry and therefore ResultsPlus Direct will not be able to display the results. If this situation has occurred, please discuss it further with your exams officer/teacher.
If you have previously retaken a paper and got the result, and that result is now being cashed in for an award, there is a period of 2-3 weeks from mid July when you are unable to view the result for the resit. Before the cash-in, this result would have been visible as a "non-cash-in" within ResultsPlus Direct. When cash-ins are applied to the system, the resit is then "embargoed". It will be visible again once the result for the whole award is released on results day and the drill-down facility is made available.
Please ask your exams officer/teacher to confirm with which awarding body you sat your exams. ResultsPlus Direct is only available to support Edexcel exams and you can only view your results using this facility if you have been registered by your exams officer for access to ResultsPlus Direct.
At this point, you will either need to sign in with an existing Pearson account or create a new one if you don't already have one. MyLabsPlus accounts from Math courses are not Pearson accounts. If you only have an account you were given in a Math course, you need to create a new Pearson account.
Sign in with your existing Pearson username and password. If you were given a username and password to use, such as in a Math Course, you have a MyLabsPlus account and not a Pearson account so you'll need to create a new account.
You'll need to create an account. We suggest using your full MIX e-mail address as your username, although you can use something else if you prefer or your MIX username is not available. You will need enter the rest of the requested information and accept Pearson's license agreement.
After your registration has been processed, you should see a confirmation indication that your registration is done. Click the Go to My Courses button to get started.
In some cases, you may instead see a screen indicating that your registration is in process. If this happens, wait to receive an e-mail notification your account has been enrolled in the course. You can then login to MyLab IT and continue with the rest of the instructions.
When I used to work for a global systems integrator I used to have to maintain 20+ different vendor certs required for partner status, so I have separate Pearson VUE accounts for each of those that used Pearson VUE to proctor their exams - not so hilarious!
Please note, I'm not referring to the username that you enter along with your password to login as this is unique for each of my accounts. As I had so many accounts to help me remember the usernames I simply appended @trainingprogramname to my usual username.
I may well be wrong or have out of date information, but I suspect based on my own experiences that you're confusing the email address you set in the profile for each account with the username you have to set for each account. However, if that's what you need to do, if you want to schedule an ISC2 exam then you need to abide by their process. BTW - I haven't seen anyone else complain about this issue.
Thankfully, I've never had the misfortune of contacting their support team, but based on professional interactions I've had with some members of their security and infrastructure teams this doesn't surprise me!
Use the links below to log in to an ETS application or registration system, create a new account, or get help with signing in. If you have either a TOEFL or GRE account, you can now use your username and password to sign in and activate your account for the other test.
If you're having trouble signing in, use the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" links on the Sign In page to retrieve your username or reset your password. If you need additional assistance, contact us.
The eWAPS platform is a collaborative effort between the Air Force, the Personnel Data Research Institute and PearsonVUE. Airmen participating in the 2024 technical sergeant and staff sergeant promotion cycles will be the first to use this system.
Test Control Officers or unit WAPS monitors will contact each eligible Airman to come into the base education and testing center to sign for their assigned official test date. During this time, they will review testing instructions and individual responsibilities, which include the requirement to have their username and password with them on test day.
Airmen will also receive instructions on how to create their PearsonVUE account if they did not receive the PearsonVUE email or did not create an account due to reasons such as not updating their email in vMPF or a deployment.
Lack of preparation, to include not having or knowing their username and password, can result in being marked as a no-show for testing. Airmen can retrieve their username using their first and last name and their email account and will also be able to reset their password by responding to security questions they established during the account creation process. Airmen who cannot reset their password and access their PearsonVUE account will be marked as a no-show for testing.
