Toastmasters Officers Training at Ahmedabad

Dear Toastmasters,

We are going to organize an officer's training program for the Toastmasters clubs in Gujarat Area at 9.45 A.M, 14th July 2013 (Sunday). This training is mandatory for the club executive committee (EC) members and recommended for any other member interested in club leadership activities.

I request Arpana to forward this mail to all members of TCS Gandhinagar Club, and Abhijeet to forward this mail to all members of the Baroda Impact Club.

10:05: Club success plan discussion by Biswajit - 15 minutes 

10:20: COTP moderated by Biswajit - Rashmi (Role of Secretary), Sambit (Role of VP-Ed), Varsha (Role of VP-PR), Bibhu (Role of VP-Membership), Biswajit (Role of Treasurer), Preeti (Role of Sgt-At-Arms) - Each Role 5 minutes / Total 50 minutes

11:10: Fun activity - 10 minutes

11:20: Golden Gavel by Bibhu - 10 minutes

11:30: Creating better club quality by Bibhu - 20 minutes

11:50: Website operations by Biswajit - 15 minutes

12:05: The importance of conducting MOT (and discussion of ATM MOT results) by Bibhu - 30 minutes

12:35: Certificate distribution with ending remarks by Biswajit - 10 minutes
