Very Good Afternoon to everybody.
It is just an information to all that September is stepping ahead towards closing part and October is knocking our door with an alarm of “ Renewal of club membership fee” as Toast master club run on a prefixed cycle that is “Oct to March & April to Sep” each year while our mostly club members joined this club in the month of June’13 and deposited their fees for next six months and it is valid till Nov’13 but as a cycle of TMIC we have to match it (Oct to March’14). So, Renewal fees from each member is required for next 4 months (Dec’13 to March’14) because Oct & Nov’13 fee is already lying with the club. I am bifurcating fee part in given below example.
E.G.
Sunil Saxena deposited 4500/- as a new member in the month of June’13.
One time charges to join club = 1800/- (Can get change some time as cost depends on $ cost)
Six months regular fees = 2700/- (450*6 months – June to Nov’13)
TMIC cycle = Oct to March & April to Sep.
So, Payable amount = Oct to March’14 ( 2700/- again) but as we have already paid amount of Oct &Nov in advance (450*2=900/).
So, Finally Sunil has to pay = 2700-900 = 1800/- ( To match cycle of TMIC of Oct to March’14).
Still if anybody has any doubt may get in touch with undersigned or Mr. Kunal Doodi (President) or Mr Gaurav Mehta (Treasurer).
Let’s close it by tomorrow as tomorrow closing will support us to get some extra bonus points for our club..
