Stainless steel vacuum cup has made great progress in China since the reform
and development, especially in the past decade. Our company has developed more
than 50 series of vacuum cups and pots, hundreds of varieties, is still in
constant development, production, variety with each passing day.
Vacuum cups
are simply divided into tailless vacuum cups (or holistic vacuum cups) with
tailed vacuum cups according to their production methods. The tail vacuum cup is
obtained by vacuum exhaust platform, similar to glass thermos bottle and large
electronic tube. On the vacuum exhaust platform, vacuum cup is inserted (bottom
of the vacuum cup is welded with exhaust copper pipe). When the vacuum is less
than 2 *E23Pa, the copper pipe is cut and polished with hydraulic clamps, and
then the following processes are carried out: painting, gluing, electrolysis,
polishing, pressing and packing.
The tailless vacuum cup is formed in a
vacuum brazing furnace by vacuum pumping, vacuum brazing, then cooling out,
electrolysis, polishing, packaging and other processes (see Figure 2).
The
length of holding time of vacuum cup depends on the structure of the cup and the
thickness of the material.
The vacuum cup with large capacity and small
caliber has a longer holding time, while the vacuum cup with large caliber has a
shorter holding time.
The longer the material is, the longer the holding time
is, but the cup body is easily damaged and deformed, which affects the service
life.
3. The outer layer of metal film and copper plating inside the vacuum
cup can also increase the degree of thermal insulation.
The service life of
the vacuum cup also depends on the cleaning of the inner layer of the cup and
the time of evacuation. The most important thing is the structure of the vacuum
furnace. Nowadays, there are four kinds of vacuum equipments used in society,
i.e. vacuum exhaust table and vacuum brazing furnace. The two category is the
tail vacuum exhaust desk; another type of brazing furnace. The brazing furnace
type is divided into single chamber, multi chamber, increasing pumping speed and
multi chamber.
