Then Brahmanand Swami asks: Why do we have to force ourselves to keep
vrutti on god but easily can dream about worldly things?
Then Maharaj Says: only a non-devotee cannot remain fixed on god thus
he will learn to do so as he does satsang.
Then Brahmanand Swami asks: How can one keep vrutti on God?
Then Maharaj answers: This means to achieve antardrashti. this means
to look at what one self has acheived as God
Application: We should always be looking at ourselves and do prapti no
vichar.
