I got the same notification for updates from Intel. I got the same error for the Realtek driver. It un-installed the previous version and failed on installing the new version. I was installing Audio-Win10_Win11-6.0.9360.1.zip. Now my audio does not work.

I own a acer swift 3 notebook and the latest driver available is Audio_Realtek_6.0.1.8491_W10x64
However after updating the volume is still soft. Can you advise what other drivers I can use or buy which can improve the audio?

Thanks for your detailed steps. Unfortunately it is failing when I ran the audio trouble shooter (step 5) because of RtkA2dp - which has been blocked by MS windows. The driver for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows. Contact the hardware vendor for a new driver. (Code 48)

As you see both the Monitor (Lg Monitor) and TV set (Samsung Smart TV) are run by Nvidia HD AUDIO driver (GPU Card) and not by Realtek audio driver which is the audio driver for my Asus Motherboard.
Go to Device Manager under 'Monitors" and see if you see your TV set. If it isn't showing either your AMD audio driver is corrupt or not working or your Mini-DP - HDMI adapter is not compatible with the GPU card or TV set.
