VaadinOSGiApplicationManager.java versus Activator.java

Hi Chris,

Firstly, thanks for writing up and sharing your work in this area. It was very useful.

I am trying to learn about VAADIN/OSGI and I am not an expert in either. I have set up Kai's VAADIN/OSGi demo and got it to work.
I also built your guessit application in Eclipse and got it running using the VaadinOSGiApplicationManager class.

However, I downloaded the latest sources from the vaadin add-on site and this class (i.e. VaadinOSGiApplicationManager)  is no longer present. There is an activator.java instead.

Which version is the best to use as they both seem to be version 1.01 ?
