Enrollment system for 2017-2018

Shalom!

The forms for enrollment in the new system are now ready for review.  

I would appreciate it if each of you could go through the Enrollment process for your children and to provide any feedback that you might have on the forms.

I have been through 3 iterations of the form with Tal (the system designer for FOIS) and think that we are at the right place to move forward.  I would love to get you perspective and see if there is anything that we should Add / Modify / Remove.

Information is categorized into 3 sections:

- Household

- Parents

- Children

When you provide feedback, please make sure to specify which are the feedback pertains to.

Some of the concepts are standard concepts that apply to each shevet and may not be changeable, but please do not hold back on any ideas / feedback.

Known Issues / Pending Updates:

• "Do you need vehicle permits" will be updated to:
  "Do you need vehicle permits (for entry into the SDJA Campus)?”
  
• ”My child and I have read to the Shevet’s “Takanon / Code of Conduct” and we agree to abide by it.” will be updated to:
  ”My child and I have read Shevet Galim’s “Takanon / Code of Conduct” and we agree to abide by it.”
