Job Title: Import/Export Coordinator

Job Description:
Import/Export Coordinator
Must have high degree of detail for this highly visible position. Coordinates
documentation and expediting of import and export shipments. Ensures U.S.
compliance, audits purchase orders. Maintain U.S. Customers Procedures on
Temporary Import Bonds. Classifies all Imported items to U.S. Harmonized

Tariff Schedule. Classifies and audits proper documentation on shipments
subject to EPA/Toxic Substances Control Act. Audit domestic carrier billings
through company payment program. Minimum 1 year experience. Knowledge of
U.S. Customs Law pertaining to Imports and Exports, EPA/Toxic Substances
Control Act, Contractual Incoters 1990. Must also have experience with air
freight,
common carrier regulations ocean carrier operations and tariffs. Foreign
and domestic insurance claims.
