Are you color blind? Read the chart again.

The UNDERemployed is at 18,1%. The UNemployed is at 8%.

Doesn't matter. The chart is a lie. Real unemployment is much higher,
because there's no incentive to work when you can live fairly well
without it.

Live fairly well? Hardly. The term of unemployment benefits may be
around 26 weeks, and one might receive half or less of your former
salary. Depends on the state and how much you earned the previous
year.
