Hello,
I run into problems when following your user guide for mac osx.
I make everything as described, but when i run the configure button it
says:

CMake Error: CMake was unable to find a build program corresponding to
"Xcode". CMAKE_MAKE_PROGRAM is not set. You probably need to select
a different build tool.
CMake Error: Could not find cmake module file:/Users/matthiasrohrbach/
Downloads/VirtualAwesome/CMakeFiles/CMakeCCompiler.cmake
CMake Error: Could not find cmake module file:/Users/matthiasrohrbach/
Downloads/VirtualAwesome/CMakeFiles/CMakeCXXCompiler.cmake
Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

But i have xcode installed on this computer.
I run osx 10.6 on a powerbook.

Any suggestions where the the dog is burried (guess thats for germans
only)
And is this the right place to ask?

However, thanks.
va looks really promissing, coming from of, getting quite excited.

Hey Matthias,

Welcome on the list.

I am afraid that va might not be compatible with non-Intel macs.
Theoretically you could get it to compile with a lot of tuning and
recompiling all the dependencies. It would be quite some work though.
For simplicity and data-size reasons we decided to drop support for
older hardware from the beginning.

Sorry about that.

Actually i am on an intel computer, it is os x 10.6 which only runs on
intels, so this cannot be the problem. It just doesnt seem to find the
xcode?
Hmmm, it all seems so easy on your video on vimeo...

I realize i got the name of my computer wrong, i guess they called it
a mac book pro? anyway, it IS intel.
Still some more questions:
Are you planning to make a forum?
What is your relationship with openframeworks, i realize, quite a lot
of structure and naming are the same?
Are virtualawesome and openframeworks combinable somehow? I would
really apreciate the ability to use a proper working scenegraph with
my openframeworks stuff.

thanks for your work
Matthias

I solved the problem by reinstalling the latest xcode sdk.
Now compiling the examples works fine.
Thx.

Hey Matthias,

Glad to hear you figured out the problem. I was about to ask you for
the version of your Xcode. Cool it works now.

About your other question, I am going to answer it in a separate
thread since it is totally unrelated.
