Hi,
I searched the web for something similar to VA, ( rather
OpenFrameworks for osg, but I think VA will get there, right ? ). So,
why you guys don't use the current osg version ? For people already
using osg its kind of unconfortable, as the osg Fileformat has
changed, especially for osgAnimation.

So are yo planing to release versioins which are ablke to link against
current versions ? Couldn't this be done through cmake ( or Premake )
as an option ?

Cheers, searching for the Pivot of my Soul, PP !!!

Hi peter, I hear you.
I am a bit short of time these days so this will have to wait a bit. Sorry.
If you compile the static libs yourself I am happy to merge them into the git repo.
And yes, the latest version in github uses premake.

Best,

/stefanix

Hi Stefan,

I am using the developer version from svn osg 3.0 branch. New versions
come out quite frequently, so I would say that this might not be the
best approach to add all or some versions to the repository. I was
talking about a build system ( e.g. cmake ) setting, wether an already
installed osg should be used, or if the static libs from the download.
Unfortunatelly I can't help with this, think you are about to change
your build system anyway.

Would you be interested in embeding VA into a nodekit for osg ? Could
participate in this one, and the best is, my time is limitted as well,
so don't wory ;-)
