Seaside rendering Unicode String causes stack overflow

Hi Dusty,

In addition to what Adriaan commented, I'd like to point out that we'll be releasing support to render Unicode components in VAST 13.0.0, the support is based on the extension methods that were contributed by Adriaan plus some other changes in GRVASTUtf8CodecStream and minor refactors.
